As a citizen of one of the most attractive cities in America, I am both amazed by the beauty of San Diego and disappointed in the failings of our city government. I am running for city council because I am not only passionate about keeping our neighborhoods clean and safe, but also ensuring that the natural resources and beauty of San Diego are protected and preserved for future generations. By working together, we can prevent special interest groups from controlling local government, demand accountability from City Hall, and set up the long term planning that will improve and protect San Diego's future.
